With a wealth of experience spanning three decades in the building and trades industry, Marcus is the driving force behind A3M Property Solutions. Residential construction is where he began to make his first footprint into the business of buildings and trades. Through hands-on experience, Marcus with A3M began fixing and flipping mutiple homes, all through out the city of Philadelphia. Honing his craft and continually building out A3M Property Solutions services.
Over the years, Marcus & his team positioned A3M Property Solutions into multiple layers of construction. Construction Management, General Contracting,
Custom Home Construction, Commercial Construction, Renovation & Remodel, Maintenance & Repair, Tenant Improvement, Project Management, Management & Coordination of Qualified Subcontractors and Lead paint technician.

Walter Holland
Project Manager
Walter has 30 years of experience in both
administration and construction management. Walter has participated in multiple large-scale construction projects from residential, new construction to high-rise commercial construction. He is qualified in construction documentation, planning, and design cost estimating, scheduling, contract negotiations, bidding, field construction and office supervision. Since Walter has teamed up with A3M Property Solutions the company has grown exponentially.
Qiana Montgomery
Finance Specialist
Qiana Montgomery, the financial cornerstone at A3M Property Solutions, brings over a decade of expertise as a loan officer to her role. Meticulously orchestrating budget allocations, developing strategic financial plans, and optimizing cash flow, she drives the company's growth with precision.
